CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes due to the speed at which we begin processing and preparing your order. However, please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues, and we'll do our best to assist you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the website link where you can track the status of your shipment in real-time.

MY RECEIVED ITEM IS DAMAGED: WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at ahcaftan1@gmail.com To assist us in resolving the issue swiftly, kindly take a clear photo of the damage and send it to us. We will provide you with a return label at no additional cost to you, so you can return the item for a replacement.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after receipt. However, during high-demand periods such as new collection launches or sales, delivery times may extend slightly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

REFUSED OR RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGE?

It is very important that when you receive the tracking number, you check at where the package is. If you don't check the tracking, you're not available at home, don't answer the courier letters and calls, or don't pick up the package from the drop off point, the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay for another shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly delivered package in case the address is incorrect at the time of purchase.

MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING: WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven't received your order, please consider checking with your neighbors as sometimes deliveries may be left with them. Look for any notes in your mailbox that may contain delivery information. While some delivery drivers may not leave notes, you can also review the Track & Trace code sent to you via email to determine the status and location of your order. If the package is not with your neighbors and the Track & Trace code indicates that it should have been delivered, it's possible the delivery person marked it as delivered but has not yet completed the delivery. If the issue persists and your order is not delivered the next day, please send us an email at ahcaftan1@gmail.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Most of our orders are shipped from United Kingdom, which means all deliveries within the European Union are free from customs duties or import taxes. For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply standard import charges upon arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices. If you're ordering from outside the EU, we recommend checking local regulations for complete peace of mind.
